1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using KNIT's ticketing services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Event Tickets

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in cases of:

• Proven duplicate charges
• Event cancellation by the organizer
• Cases required by applicable law

In case of event cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days.

3. Ticket Usage

• Tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, and time
• Each ticket permits one entry only
• Tickets may not be resold or transferred without explicit permission
• We reserve the right to refuse entry if tickets are found to be duplicated or obtained through unauthorized channels

4. Liability

KNIT's liability is limited to the face value of the ticket. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury or loss occurring at the event
• Changes to the event program
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
